We found all of our activities on openness and honesty, believing that by cultivating honesty, each individual is given the strength to make difficult choices and to accept responsibility for the consequences of their own actions.

Trust

We believe that total honesty will encourage mutual trust to flourish, trust between tutors, students and the older people we serve; between Younger 4 Longer, employers and partnership organisations.    

Fairness

We are committed to ensuring that every individual, whether staff or student, is treated fairly at all times.

Respect

We believe that all students and staff must be treated with equal respect at all times; equality and diversity will be recognised, valued and promoted.   

Responsibility

We believe that all students and staff should take responsibility for their own behaviour and should seek to discourage all acts of bad behaviour or dishonesty.
