Giving Chest Compressions

If a casualty has been so badly injured that they have stopped breathing and their heart has stopped beating, not only will you need to breathe for them by giving rescue breaths, you will also need to keep their blood circulating by giving chest compressions.

So, how do we give chest compressions?
